Housing Project in Detroit,

The project is based on the reappropriation of two pre-existing projects on the east and west sides of the plot, and tries to connect both through an infinite city of 100m wide with an industrial genetics.

The different degrees of use of each space are analyzed, taking into account the time zone and the different ages of the users. This will allow us to establish the distributions of the different types of housing.

In this collaborative way, the class organizes a continuous chain, creating a mixed and compact city located in Detroit, introducing housing programs, among others, and connected not only by different levels of the project, but also by a public tramway at elevation 0.
